Shipping Time
We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days after your order is placed. Upon dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation that includes the courier used on your package, as well as the tracking number. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 72 hours before tracking status is updated by the designated couriers on their respective websites.
Shipping Coverage
Our current focus is the Philippine market, and AVA currently ships nationwide. However, we try to accommodate international orders especially to Filipinos overseas who would like to support local brands. Just send us an email with your order details, as well as your shipping address so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.
