If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'd gladly accept returns for items that are returnable, In each item page, you will see whether an item is returnable or not. We accept returns up to 15 days after receipt of the item, in exchange for a 100% refund in the form of store credits.
To return an item, simply Contact Us or email us at orders@ava.ph and we'll get back to you on where to ship the item.
